Central Indiana Housing Summit Webinar
The 2011 Central Indiana Housing Summit webinar was an opportunity for people to engage in discussion about what housing experts feel central Indiana's collective community priorities should be in order to maintain a healthy, vibrant housing market. Lead by moderator John Ketzenberger, president of the Indiana Fiscal Policy Institute, participants were able to ask questions to a group of panelists including Keira Amstutz, president and CEO of the Indiana Humanities Council; Sanford E. Garner, president and founding partner of A2SO4; and Michael Hicks, director of the Center for Business and Economic Research. Lead researcher Todd Sears, chief financial officer of Herman & Kittle Properties, Inc., presented an analysis of research focusing on how central Indiana's cities and towns compare to one another and other markets when measured by transit, homeownership, amenities, civic involvement, incomes and growth. Building a Living Legacy
In observing our 100 years of service, REALTORS® are working through their industry philanthropic organization, the REALTOR® Foundation, to help reverse homelessness in central Indiana. MIBOR members have pledged $500,000 to lift up an emerging neighborhood in a project called Building a Living Legacy.
