Guy has held A&R/Executive positions as Creative Manager, Virgin Music, Director/A&R, Columbia Records, and VP/A&R, Verve Records, and he was also a New Media pioneer, as SVP/Creative Development, at MP3.com, and the Co-Founder of MIAATV.COM. He is also the son of the legendary singer BILLY ECKSTINE.
