The 10k for Men is a great fun event for men of all ages, from 15 to well into their 80s! The course record is 30:47 (that's minutes and seconds!) and the last guy came across the line last year in 3 hours, 15 minutes!
So, you can see, whatever your age, or fitness level, the Men's 10k is just for you - it's a brilliant atmosphere and a great day out!
