The voice of the older sora is still the same actor. But (logically), sora probably hit puberty between now and the first game, so his voice got deeper. PLUS, the voice acter is 5 years older. his voice is bowned to be deeper too.

@hamburgertotheworld That's because the real (not in KH) world, it's been a few years since the first game (I think, right?). So the voice of Sora (Haley Joe Osment) got older + a deeper voice.
OR, Sora hit puberty right after he saved the universe...... O_o
