Green Bay's downtown has gone from a thriving retail center to a nearly empty shell of bars, small offices empty parking ramps, closed mall. Unfinished projects. Government offices are the only tenants and APAC a few banks. Not representative of an area of 250,000.

Everything takes a long time to build in Green Bay. This will be just a dream and will sit for years. Look how long it's taking to even start on the Children's Museum in the former Younkers building. That's an approved project!
About MEDIADWG's channel
Fabien's songs were some early example of recording techniques years before computers did the job. They could filter his voice and add a slight reverb and somehow it made an acceptable sound. Of course the target audience was 9-14 yr old girls who bought his records because he was cute.
