I am an advocate of a holistic lifestyle, homeopathic and naturopathic medicine. Although I understand there is a time and place for traditional medical measures to be taken. The sciences, excite me,At an amateur level I enjoy especially astronomy, chemistry, meteorology, and seismology, (earthquakes both scare me and fascinate me) From an early age, besides ALL of the sciences, I've had a longing desire and yearning for anything having to do with ancient Egypt. ESPECIALLY the pyramids!I have never been on an archeology dig...but the idea excites me!!!I love reading, especially non-fiction, and biographies, (I collect them). I also collect inspirational and humorous quotes.I enjoy flea markets, and renovating anything from a piece of furniture to an entire room! And I do not mean just decorating, I mean moving walls!!! I speak some Spanish (I am still learning :) ), and I am learning Italian :). I crave knowledge, and learning all that I do not yet know!I love most sports, especially football, (Gooo Steelers, Penn State, and Ohio State!!!) Hockey, (GO Pens!!!) soccer and baseball. I am active in politics, and will support without wavering, any candidate, who stands firmly on a platform of high morals, family values, and respect of life at any stage.Among my favorite things, poetry, reading, writing, biographies, singing, dancing, gardening, cooking, ethnic foods, traveling, hiking, photography, roller coasters, fireworks, lazer shows, thunderstorms, rainbows, snowflakes, waterfalls, the mountains, beaches, lighthouses, nature,candles, fireplaces, cooking over logs in the woods, arts, crafts, theater, concerts, (rock and symphony) good books, flea markets, board games, science fiction, movies, theater, good wholesome food, dark chocolate (yuuummm), cooking nationality foods, (especially Italian, Greek, Mexican, Chinese, Serbian, and French), I enjoy a good mystery, but LOVE solving it, even more!!! Roses are my favorite flower, the color blue makes me say "awww", and the color orange makes me smile! :)

Too many but for now, my very favorites are; first these older ones, top favorites: Casablanca, The Sound Of Music, West Side Story, Arsenic and Old Lace, The Ten Commandments, It's A Wonderful Life. The Wizard Of Oz, Then, The Omega Man, Soylent Green, (Charlton Heston, Sci Fi,(OMG A MUST see! IS this where OUR future, is headed???), The Time Machine, and Kelly's Heros. From today my number one favorite movie is, Somewhere In Time! (Christopher Reeve, Jane Seymour) I cannot begin to tell you what that movie does to me!!! everything from the plot, the "impossible" romance, the time travel, and the music score, of the great, Rachmaninov! (I cannot BEGIN to tell you what THIS soundtrack does to me, EVERY time!!!) OMG~~~~~~~~!!! ~~~haunting, and moving, this takes me somewhere else, where I long to exist, Somewhere In Time, I weep, and yet, I feel at home!!! Okaaaay then, there is: The Passion of The Christ, Schindler's List, The Piano and Titanic. I looooooove music!!! Most any genre, & yes, I like EVEN disco also because, I love to dance. I do not do it very well, but I think dancing is a lot of fun.
