MDI8 is an Outdoor Functional Fitness Exercise Program that trains large groups of people in a boot camp type setting were communities come together for a common cause; FITNESS. The Motivational Drill Instructors (MDI's) will help each member build their Cardio-Respiratory, Muscle Strength, Muscle Endurance, Flexibility and Body Composition. Our approach prevents injury by strengthening muscles and joints, while increasing bone density.As many of you may know, Physical fitness can be very difficult to achieve on your OWN. MDI's direct involvement and controlled structure was developed, by incorporating the F.I.T.T. concept (Frequency, Intensity, Time and Type). The F.I.T.T. concept was strategically built into our initial conditioning phase, progression phase and maintenance phases in eight-week cycles that will develop members power, strength, speed, endurance, flexibility and coordination.
