where as I agree this is the far superior version of this song, the 92 version with Ofra Haza vocals introduced an entire new generation to the Sisters of Mercy - I think it was very smart marketing on Andrews behalf

Last Christmas was actually very unseasonal due to a weather pattern called "La Nina" in fact we havn't had weather that cold in Dec since the 1950's - it's usually unbearably hot on Christmas day (I've lived in Sydney for 36 years)
