Media Decompression Collective Berlin is the basic component of an unrestrictive creative media resource. It is the substratum of 'sharing'. A FYI, DIY database intended to provide awareness and accessibility to rare, lifelike media artifacts; Independent media and an unlimited amount of formative links. All artist, film makers, musicians, hackers, inventors and provocateurs of information are invited to participate within the collective.

Media Decompression is a non-profit, non-commercial organization questioning all philosophies and concepts of information before accepting them into our lives. It is more than just a film festival, sharing parade or spectator event. The collective is part of an international media network originating from the basic need for people to express themselves artistically.
