We are Cannabisa medical cannabis and medical marijuana.
An independent group who took on itself to freely and extensively spread information regarding medical cannabis and medical marijuana and their possible uses. We believe that cannabis is a medicine and that due to prejudice&ignorance in this field many people are deprived of using this medicine which can&does improve the lives of many patients in varied medical conditions. We wish to encourage more people to be active so they could understand and know, and so they could teach others the many virtues of this plant, and hence increase public awareness to the many possibilities of helping patients in distress in a way safer&healthier then any other chemical made by the pharmaceuticals companies and also at a minimal cost.
The only use of cannabis we encourage is one for medical purposes, and with all the necessary approvals from doctors and the health ministry according to the laws of the state of Israel. We are utterly against illegal grow, supply and use of cannabis and will ignore any message or information which is not according to the law and we will also turn to the proper authorities in case needed.
We are for all cooperation with any grower, doctor or researcher in Israel and around the world who wishes to help in developing this field, and aid as many patients as possible, we will also be happy to work with anyone in this field who's prime goal is to ease the suffering of patients using medical cannabis.
We do not work under any association or are subjected to any party, organization or government institution, we are a totally private group who works voluntarily. We are self-funded and are free from any economical, governmental or other private influence.
We are for freedom of information and will do all in our power with the limited resources we have to bring all the current information about medical cannabis, by freely collecting information from around the internet and different archives. All information we present is credited to the appropriate source and includes references to additional information.
We are not doctors , however we will do all in our power to provide reliable sources of information and answers based on evidence including references to clinical studies and medical articles if asked.
We are also currently working on a community forum in which it is possible to take part in open discussion regarding medical cannabis&marijuana, as well as a forum for licensed medical growers in order to promote cooperation between the various organizations that exist in Israel which are working in order to bring this field to a professional level by collecting new materials and exchanging viable information and new growing techniques.
