i had to watch this video in health class and i thought it was the dumbest documentary ive ever seen, of course if u eat nothing but mcdonalds 30 days your going to gain weight, thats why your not supposed to do it. nobody is forcing people to eat fast food every day.

i eat mcdonalds alot but i exersize 5 times a week 2 hrs a day and im not fat......
