@AshLiiid Yeah he's training for a comp, his sessions are out of this world, he doesnt do much "secret" stuff but the intensity is head and shoulders above everyone else. He's looking massive aswell.

@lukegranger89 If he took his weight lifting lifestyle seriously than he should have known that steroids put a certain strain in the body and mixing party drugs is just palin stupid and dangerous, also he lived on clenbuterol to achieve his shredded look, which in itself is harsh enough on the body.

Steroids and party drugs dont mix and so zyzz found out the hard way, not real smart for a so called personell trainer.

@TheAmazingFatClan I don think he has the skill to fight in the UFC his first loss was from a parttime mma guy that was a full time fire fighter, he has a long way to go before he's in the ufc.

i think alot of people get it wrong when they acuse him of using "steroids", i believe he has used "growth hormone" which does the same job but is alot more expensive and isnt illegal.
