Sorry about wind noise but it was as they say a blustery day. Kite antenna works well but nees to be slightly bigger to lift two wires in an inverted V as was the case here. Vertical 160m long wire however no problem.
Wire earthed to pole and fed through 9:1unun.
Second day some noise picked ...

I can only commend you on your video. I have been looking for a portable beam for 20m and this may do the job. I am sure that once the boom is setup this can be erected quite easily

I have same problem and have tried a multitude of antennas. i opt for vertical due to my space restrictions but the noise is tremendousness. I would be interested to hear from anyone that have tried mfj noise cancelers or similar. I agree with GOIFI keep at it

Great video thanks. I see the stub mast is quite long from the rotator. Does this cause any problems with wind loding etc? Has the antenna faired well in the recent storms?
