I have attention deficit disorder and a learning disability. I was diagnosed with polio in my legs in 1987. I went threw Easter Seals. They helped me do a lot of things I thought I couldn't do. From when I was five years old to 11 1/2 years old. After I graduated high in June of 2002 is when I was having a lot of problems with my legs and walking. I have been using forearm crutches since October 2004. I have been using a wheelchair since Friday, November 12 2004. I use a wheelchair when I go to the mall. I was diagnosed with Syringomyelia on Tue, February 22 2005. If you would like to know more about Syringomyelia please go to www.ASAP.org for more information on SM and/or CM. I am active in my wheelchair and I use crutches to get around sometimes. I have been in a lot of soccer game when I was in high school.

I like to watch people play sports on TV, I like to go to the park, Hang out with my friend, I like to go to the mall and I know that there is sports for people in wheelchairs, so I am ok with being in a wheelchair, and I use forearm crutches to get around my home. I have been to baseball a few of the Phillies games. I am playing on a summer league for wheelchair basketball in 2008. Awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
