Autoimmune diseases had no causes, thus had no cures?

CDC changed the diagnosis of Lyme disease to be clinical diagnosis, instead of the previously stated ELISA blood tests. Why?

In October 2010, a scientist presented at an IOM workshop (sponsored by Congressman Wolf) that Lylme bacteria would attach themselves to collagen.

Early December, 2010, Nasa Scientists discoverd that bacteria could also live on arsenic, besides our previous knowledge of "Carbon, Oxygen, Nitrogen, Hydrogen, Sulfur, and Phosphorus".

What else could the scientists have missed?

Science is, any systematic knowledge-base or prescriptive practice that is capable of resulting in a prediction or predicable type of outcome.

I think I have found the answers for my diseases. And, my sincere apologies to those who patiently waited for my revised presentations. I was not assertive enough to present against those authority figures. Finally, I realized that only we, of the people, could change or correct the wrong directions, for the people, by the people.
