Hello people my names Jamie and I play guitar in a up coming British prog metal band called Lunix. Ive been into music all my life, as a child I remember sitting in the back of my Dad's Ford capri immersed in the Hard rock sounds of Deep purple and Led zepplin, as I got older I didnt discover the true beauty of guitar until I heard it in it's purist form when my uncle played some Flemenco guitar at a christmas party, I knew from that day all I wanted to do was follow in my uncles footsteps and learn guitar with the same finesse as him. Not long after I got brought my first electric guitar which was a dream come true for me and from that day on ive pursued the craft of my instrument and have never looked back. More recently in the last few years or so ive discovered guitarists with unique and creative styles that have really helped to shape me as a guitar player and are still doing so now.
At the moment im currently fortunate to be in a band im very proud of with a group of close friends and excellent musicians and are looking forward to releasing our first studio album called Automated nightmare in 2012.
