Alright, first thing first. Hopefully by now you know that Wars of Times is a book. But what kind of book is it? Well, here are some specs:

Okay, with the basics out of the way, let's go a little deeper into the origins and the core of the book.
I started writing Wars of Times back in 2006, in my sophomore year in college. It is my second book. Back then, I was a computer science major. You can say that I've always been involved with technology--since my college days, or even further back in high school, where most of my classes were in electronics, electrotechnics, and automated machines.

Therefore, dreaming of a futuristic world, like the one in which the heroes of Wars of Times live, came pretty naturally for me. It is an amazing world situated in the 25th century. The idea was to imagine a world where technological and medical advances have vastly improved, eradicating every deadly disease known to mankind and increasing humans' life span, at the same time allowing for interplanetary trade with alien civilizations and even permitting time travel.
The progresses made by humans then would be astounding and would consequently lead to a rise in the level of happiness around the world.

Sadly, as the story goes, the general mood changes when black holes suddenly begin appearing all over the planet. These black holes pop up out of nowhere, ravaging entire cities, destroying highways, bridges, and causing the death of hundreds of thousands of people on a daily basis. Everyone is terrified, because no one understands what's happening. There's no place to hide--the black holes are susceptible to appear randomly anywhere and at any time.

So, desperate, all of the world's nations unite under one government, and Neil (that's the scrawny guy you see on the cover) is chosen as the leader. Why him, you ask? Well, simply because, as the story goes, he is the creator of time machines, and during an investigation to find the origin of the black holes, American scientists discovered that they were caused by an excessive use of time travel. You see, after creating the time machines, Neil had then commercialized them. He sold them worldwide. And people were abusing of them, using them incautiously for all sorts of tasks--whether it was to go back in time and file their tax forms before the deadline, or to watch a TV program for which they forgot to set their DVR, or any lazy task you can think of.

Eventually, since time is like a highway upon which people travel, then just like a real highway that is overused it started breaking down. But instead of potholes appearing everywhere, black holes are what began appearing randomly all over the world. Which caused people to say, "Since Neil is the one who invented the time machines, which then caused the destruction of the fabric of time, then Neil's got to be the one who has to fix it!!"
Therefore, Neil (who is at this point the hero of the story) then goes on a long and perilous journey to try and save humanity and rid the world of the terror of black holes.

Neil is 38 years of age, is a widower, and has a young son (whom he loves very much!!). However, he must abandon his son to go on this adventure. What's more, in addition to the dangers and perils he must brave, Neil soon finds out that in order to succeed, he may also have to face the wrath of the powerful Gods of Time, who were once good to humans but turned when humans disrespected them by abusing of time.

So, will Neil succeed or will he perish in his fight against these world-devouring phenomena (black holes)? Enter the world of Wars of Times and find out!!
