Hello Everyone!!!
My name is Renee, I am a violinist/violist. I am currently studying viola performance at the University of Indiana Jacobs School of Music.
I received my undergraduate degree in Music Education and a Certificate of Violin Performance at the University of Texas at Austin Butler School of Music.
I had the extraordinary opportunity to participate with the YouTube Symphony which chose 95 musicians from around the world to perform in Carnegie Hall under the baton of Michael Tilson Thomas in April of 2009. It was one of the most amazing experiences of my life and some of these videos document the rehearsals leading up to the performance.
I love all kinds of music and admire all you wonderful musicians out there!
