~Victim's Crime~
So calm the hour, placid time
On this a warm June eve
She dwells upon a victim's crime,
Sought yet from same's reprieve.
The shortest nights, the brightest moon
The blue hour flees so swift;
Salvation's hue replaced by new,
In daylight left to drift.
The lunar dimmed; the fire orb sheds
Such whitely savage beams
To settle down with haunting dreads
That carry into dreams....
And come next evening, she'll awaken,
Solace sought in night
While hopeful thoughts leave her but shaken
'Till next dawning's light.

~Abandoned Verses~
Emerged from the shadows
Comes stabbing despair
Slashing the vein
Of wise sadness
How arbitrary the blade
That glides slick through our fate
Leaving Mother Satisfaction
For madness

~Devil's Circle~
The night has come for grateful slaughter
Storms of blades on plan divine
Hold sleep eternal, Autumn's daughter
Severed course through pain and time
And still his silver threads he'll twist
Of precious principle; pristine
Half prophet, half protagonist
To yet another in his dreams....

~Departure/ A Legacy~
Upon my shady stone recline
When I have passed this way
Moss on granite, salt and brine
Beneath you to decay.
Brand my being, all it's facets
Sacred in your blood
Legacy of soul who loved,
Turned dust to earth to mud.
Lift my twilight memory
Offering to the nova
Divide it justly, gusts of rain
To nurture tender clover.
Recline upon my shady stone
In Autumn, when it's dressed
In fouling leaves, damp pungent brown,
Rebirth in guise of death.
Forget my words not, writ in hope,
While silently we lie
A legacy, one million thoughts
Eternal death defy
