I wouldn't reccommend taking a creatine this early in your bodybuilding quest. Agreed for the most part. An ectomorph should definitely concentrate on compound excercises to maximize mass. You will get definition no matter what because you are a "skinny dude" so definitely stick to compound movements and EAT EAT EAT!! Esp carbs!

What they are telling you is that since you are jerking that weight during the flip from pull to push up its all momentum and not a whole lot of using your muscle. Thats why its more of a cardio excercise than a muscle building excercise. It just doesnt stimulate your muscles unless...

I find it amusing that for hundreds of years blacks were seen as less-than-human and now they are reverred for supreme genetics (at least in aging and muscle building lol) I'm russian and I got pretty good genes for building muscle too, I guess stereotypes CAN be true sometimes lol.
