Bangers & Mash is a heavily music influenced event company born out of the Shoreditch and Camden music, art & fashion scenes. Residential weekly events take place at venues such as the hugely popular Proud Galleries Camden. Since launching in 2008, Bangers & Mash has been positioned at the forefront of Londons creative music scene, with over 100,000 people attending bangers events. And the company hosting some of the UKs biggest acts including: The Noisettes a week before they went to No.1 with Dont Upset The Rhythm & Mr. Hudson 4 days before the release of his Single Supernova with Kanye West.
Bangers & Mash events mix a perfect mash-up from the 1950s with the upfront music of now. The music policy is anything Indie, Electro & Hiphop through to Nu Wave, Rock n Roll, Funk, Ska & Motown, with weekly guest DJs & acts from the music world spinning tracks together with live performances by hotly tipped bands for the future & established artists. The crowd is encouraged to dress up with Props and other random attire. And can expect to see anything from Live Caricature & Face Art, Unicyclists, Jugulars, Games, A photo booth, and a whole host of interactive elements
