The Ninja of Peace!

Hi, I'm the Internet traveler, Luigifan. You may recognize me from some other websites... I'm known as Luigifan on Wikipedia, Luigifan18 here, on GameFAQs and on DeviantART, Luigifan1 on Fanfiction.net, Matthew or Luigifan on Songfacts.com, and Luigifan on Cracked.com.

For my first year with this account, I didn't post any videos of my own, instead contenting myself with going around and commenting on others. My comments are generally favorable, so don't worry about being bashed. :p I first broke into bona-fide video production upon recieving a digital camera for my 18th birthday (specifically an Olympus waterproof camera,) which was capable of taking both pictures and videos. Its video quality is somewhat poor, especially in terms of the sound... but what the hey, it's better than nothing. I use the same camera for most of my images on DeviantART. I got a JVC HDD digital camcorder for that year's Christmas, but that saves videos as MOD files, and getting them onto YouTube requires me to get them into an acceptable format with the AVS Video Converter - which can be a tedious process (especially now that my AVS Video Converter is broken, due to faulty video drivers or something like that.)

I've also discovered how to use Windows Movie Maker, and it's now the primary means I use to produce my videos. I didn't have many audio files at first, but built up my collection by scrounging around the CDs at my house and my brother's iTunes collection (as well as the occasional direct rip from YouTube via SaveVids.com, AVS Video Converter, and AVS Audio Editor.) Now I have more than I really know what to do with!!! I also recently purchased the Pixelan Effects Pack to replace the Pan and Zoom effects I lost when my old laptop got too virus-riddled to function, and I had to get a replacement. I decided to get everything else as part of the bargain (I was initially going to buy just five packs, when I noticed that I could buy all of them for less... funny how that worked, huh?) As for my images and video clips, I get most of those from DeviantART, YouTube (via SaveVids.com,) and my trusty digital camera.
