Deutsche Lufthansa AG is an airline with operations all over the world. It operates its core business of passenger transport through Lufthansa Passage Airlines (incl. Lufthansa Regional and Lufthansa Italia), Austrian Airlines, British Midland (bmi), SWISS, and Germanwings and through affiliates Brussels Airlines, JetBlue and SunExpress. Its other business fields are logistics, engineering, catering and IT services. There's no better way to fly!

Fleet:
The fleet currently in service with Lufthansa covers aircraft of virtually every size. Lufthansa has also ordered fifteen A380s, eight of which will be in service in 2011.

Alliances are an important element of Lufthansas success. As the founding member of the Star Alliance network, Lufthansa offers its customers numerous advantages, such as the biggest route network in the world. Lufthansa Regional provides connecting services between the European regions and also with the Lufthansa network. Bilateral partnerships supplement the services offered.
