=I used to live at the Philippines, but thanks to my step-dad, we live here at Belgium, at this rate I'm still learning French and Dutch, and I know French is hard to learn, but I'm still trying my best to learn, I don't get it, why is the 2nd language here at Belgium is French, why not English?
