@Anderasio I'd previously heard of said reloaded rounds as... well, reloaded or handloaded. :) Wasn't familiar with "defensive ammo" or "homegrown" ammo in those contexts, so thanks for clearing that up. The suppressor portion was clear to understand, but the ammo bit was hard to follow.

@robotpretzel Actually, he simply SHOOTS the bolt from the crossbow, then it's off-screen (below the bottom border) until he uses it to melee attack the second guard.

I share your (old) surprise at the soldier finding your rooftop stall hiding spot. I've had soldiers catch me when trying to hide in hay or a cart -- one time being when I did a Leap of Faith into it to try and get away from combat... but this is the first time I've seen a soldier stab the stall ...

@XxLyNtxX As the big bad later reveals... Giovanni was opposing the Pazzi and had to go (not least for refusing to join the big bad in Lineage), but Federico and Petruccio the 12-year-old "conspirator"? That was to make a point... no mercy for crossing the Templars.

@fskate2 To my knowledge, at least in the US, you can only download the three "lairs" bundled with Bonfire of the Vanities (a separate item from Bonfire of the Vanities by itself). The Auditore Family Crypt has an Assassin Tomb icon on the map but there's only money to be found at the end.

I didn't see this in any of the comments, but... he's actually the voice actor (game) AND live-action actor (Lineage) for Brother Maffei, one of Ezio's assassination targets. ;-)

@Reardon171 It's the immediate prequel to the game; the "Sforza assassination" earlier in this movie was the subject of Giovanni's first letter (that Ezio was sent to deliver to the absent Lorenzo) in the game, and the only one that can be read.

@YetiSandvichVideos Lineage is also available (though strangely with no video controls -- if interrupted, you start at the beginning) on the game's PS3 disc, and apparently it's bundled in European collector's editions of the Brotherhood game.

@VideoxMistress That was an "Easter egg" that, from what I've read, only appears this one time during Sequence 13 ("Bonfire of the Vanities" DLC) after you speak with Machiavelli... once you leave the courtyard, it never appears again. :(

@TheSlackerkid114 You have the ability to replay Secondary Memories in AC2, which includes the Assassin Tombs. (Unfortunately you don't have the ability to replay the main story memories, but in Brotherhood apparently you can.)
