2012 Boss Mustang 302 Roush Exhaust
This is my buddies Boss Mustang with the quad exhaust. We installed a Roush catback exhaust on it. Install took about an hour and went pretty easy.
Does it still have the oem baffles in the side exhaust? It sounds like it does, I'd like to hear it with them removed.

Not saying it is or isn't, but in defense of non-believers, there is no way to tell by looking whether it has had a aftermarket tune loaded onto the pcm.

Oh yeah, forgot to list the 3.31 ratio gears that are also part of the Performance Package.
You should come check us out at v6mustangperformance it's a great source of info for the 2011 and later V6 mustangs.

Right now, this is the fastest 2011 V6 Mustang, has about a tenth on the ProCharger development car as of now. Of course this is only due to heat and traction limitations at the last track outing for that car, cooler weather and better track conditions should see him in the 12.0's or better.

Just looking at that system, there are no obstructions on the truck, it looks like you could build it yourself with about 4 mandrel bends a muffler and a stick of straight pipe for less than $200.

Well, 5th gear in the auto is not 1:1, there is no 1:1 gear in the auto, 4th gear is as close as there is at 1.143:1 and 5th is .867:1.
Maybe your boost gauge is wrong or you have a connector leak, same pulley on the development car made more boost, you might want to find out what's up with that.

How come you only got 5 psi out of it? The developement car got 8 psi and 429 RWHP with the open filter. Then he swapped pulley's and added a full Bassani headers, x-pipe and cat-back exhaust and made 461 RWHP at 9 psi.

Is that graph just off? You are claiming a max of 267 hp but the HP line is on the 275 line on the graph??? Help us all understand.

Well, the ocatane booster may make it produce a few more HP because the adaptive timing will advance the timing more if there is no spark knock present. And the BBK CAI, while not the best design out there should be worth 10-12 HP and it has a shroud to block it from the engine compartment heat. ...

All well and good to watch the fuel economy readout as you roll down the road but the really critical number is what the fuel economy is for the entire tank of fuel. The calculation of miles driven, divided by the fuel used, equals actual fuel economy, not just what the dash readout shows.

Definitely better to split the pipes, any muffler shop can do it easily, just get the MAC dual kit for the 99-04 V6 plus you will need a hangar kit for the side that has no exhaust from the factory. I used a hangar kit from Pypes exhaust.
