@peggwards yes so very true, I think the only fight he won in TNG was against the Romulan in Redemption and he did take down some rough opponents in TNG like a eunuch and a telepath!

I am surprised they won that one, usually they are helpless against well just about anyone who shoots at them.

@clark85 of course according to the Rick Berman school of logic in television, music adds nothing to the scenes. Season 3-4 were the very best of TNG with good writing and music, by season 5 it started to decline for good.

You know this film had so many problems, yet this one moment and the soundtrack elevates it and represents exactly what we love about Star Trek. The characters are timeless icons for the sheer reality of their humanity.
