Story/BG:
Her parents abused her throughout her childhood and the villages would ignore her when she was around. so she was pretty much alone and used to it until the age of 5. Sitting in a tree eating strawberries while singing "what a wonderful world" Mero who was close by heard her and wanderd into the woods following her voice. Arata hears Mero coming, stops singing, and moment she spots her she glares. Then notices the blank stare on Mero's face as well as the teddy bear in her arms. Arata holds her hat in place then takes off. A few days later Mero is swinging in the park w/the teddy bear still in her arms. Arata come over and sits w/Mero, she then glances at the bear then begins to sing. Mero offers the bear shyly to her, Arata thinks for a moment then not looking takes the bear. Mero then gives her a smile. Arata in embaressment blushes then glances down at the bear. After that Mero n Arata became inseperable.
Arata spent about a year with mero...not much is known about her after this. The last time Arata saw mero she gave mero a matching jewel Arata seemed to be expecting that she would not see Mero for a long time...they now carry the same jewel as a sign of their friendship.
