About Who shall be victorious: He whose gun blazing or gun raising?
Tony Montana's Rules.
1. Everyday above ground is a good day.
2. All you have in this world is your balls and your word. Don't break 'em for nobody.
3. Never get high on your own supply.
4. Always remember, this is business.
5. Always tell the truth, even when you lie.
6. Every dog has his day.
7. You're always going to be the "Bad Guy."
8. Never underestimate the other guy's greed.
9. Never forget, the world is yours.
10. Never trust nobody.
"Most police officers begin their careers with the best of intentions but gradually
degenerate into deluded, sociopath-like bullies. Cops are slowly, subtly, subliminally
brainwashed into dehumanizing civilians and viewing them as the enemy. Chronic
abuse of their minuscule, unearned power perpetually fuels their unwarranted god
complexes. The result is the pig monsters who routinely rob, torture, assault, falsely
arrest, and otherwise victimize the taxpayers who pay their salaries." - http://www.youtube.com/user/PhillyCopsAreCorrupt

1) Cops should understand that the people they bully, harass, & kill pays for their salary. People show appreciation of cops, yet they take them for granted. They prey on them while they're going on with their lives. Cops treat people as though we are their enemies.2) Cops don't have the most dangerous job. They rarely die from anything else apart from their own fault. They don't even make it to the "top 10 most dangerous jobs list".
3)Cops have the highest rates of domestic violence, alcoholism, divorce, child abuse, drug use, corruption, suicide & murder.
4) Cops don't truly keep you safe. It isn't their legal responsibility & courts have ruled in favor of this. Cops value their lives more than they do yours, they would rather go home to their families than die for someone they barely know.
5) The police force's "War on Drugs" has spent $15 Billion dollars in tax payers dollars yearly. The War on Drugs has done nothing good; it has cost billions of tax payers money just to incarcerate people who abuse their own bodies (junkies), & prohibit voluntary exchange rights (dealers). Prohibition & criminalization of drugs hasn't worked before, & it never will.
6) Cops aren't our masters, & we aren't their slaves. We shouldn't be imprisoned because we don't bow down to the police. We should be able to disagree, argue, & defend ourselves from cops without being tasered, beaten, or arrested. "most cops become cops because they want power, they want that power over other people. Often the only difference between the cops & the robbers is the badge."
7) Of the 11,205 crimes reported across the country in 2010, police have only closed 1,152 of them. In every category of crimes against property, police reported detection rates of 12% or less. In crimes against persons, detection rates in all but 3 categories were less than 42%.
The average detection rate for crimes against the person was 22.5% with police solving 380 of the 1,688 reported crimes that fell in that category. Police statistics indicate that police solved just 141 of the 919 reported armed robbery cases (15%); 51 of the 334 reported robbery cases (15%), & 4 of the reported 31 attempted robbery cases (13%). Statistics show that police solved 38 of the 379 burglary cases; 252 of the 3,120 housebreaking cases; 144 of the 1,187 shop breaking cases; 202 of the 1,939 stealing cases; 54 of the 1,664 stealing from vehicle cases & 82 of the 1,228 stolen vehicle cases.
8) "Police Misconduct" from The National Police Misconduct Statists & Reporting Project (NPMSRP)
From April 2009 to June 2010, 5,986 reports of misconduct has been recorded. 382 Fatalities were linked to misconduct. $347,455,000 Had been spent in related to settlements & Judgments. in 2010, There has been 2,541 reports of misconduct, 23.3% excessive force; 10.6% sexual misconduct; 7.5% fraud/theft; 6.2% false arrest; 5.5% raids/searches; 5.4% accountability; 5.0% domestic; 5.0% D.U.I.; and 31.5% other.13% of police misconduct were fatalities; 60% from firearms, 23% from psychical attacks, & 17% from tazers. Police officer Convictions 2009; 33% charged that went through conviction; 64% convicted that received prison sentences, & Average length of time spent in prison: 14 months.
9) Police Brutality - According to Amnesty International: "There is a widespread and persistent problem of police brutality across the USA." Ethnic & racial minorities-particularly young black & Hispanic males- are most frequently targeted, while the majority of police departments remain predominantly white. Young people, particularly minority youth, are seen by police as criminals because of the way they dress, because they frequent certain areas, or simply because of the color of their skin. Police officers & departments guilty of acts of brutality in most cases go prosecuted & unpunished. Arrests & convictions of police officers for excessive force are extremely rare. While many cities pay out large sums to settle civil lawsuits, police departments & individual officers are rarely held accountable. Nearly 95 % of all cases resulting in felony convictions never reach a jury, but instead are settled through plea bargains. The push to resolve cases through plea bargains jeopardizes the constitutional rights of defendants, who may be pressured to admit their guilt whether they are guilty or not. Those who refuse to "cut a deal" & maintain their innocence are often rewarded with extra-harsh prison sentences.
statistics by Stolen Lives Project estimate that the number of cases in the US relating to police brutality has reached the thousands, but these statistics come with a disclaimer-many, if not most, of these instances are never reported due to fear of reprisal.
10) The Blue code of silence is a code where police officers aren't supposed to tell on other officers for their wrong doing. This is obviously in effect. If it wasn't and officers reported other officers wrong-doings, there wouldn't be so much corruption.
