You have to have a good support team around you. My friends like to cook every Sunday. So they have really been accommodating to my needs and that was good for me. Commercials baby I just change the channels. My surgery was 2/2/12 so I feel your pain.

I know but we were told by the dietician all natural applesause. I know this is going to be a tr and er thing until we find what works for us. Im scared just like you because i dont want to experience dumping. So far so good for me. Im about to try yogurt now so wish me luck....lmbo

Im doing great still sore. I just took a pain pill. I was amazed how many beverages they gave you. I only got ice chip and water with crystal light. Now, I hope Im reading this right but my stomach will start this rumbling thing followed by a burp and thats how i know Im full. Is this right?

I went to my support group and I was told a teaspoon of meat tenderiser with a lil water on the spoon and they say it works wonderful and they swear by it. Hope this helps.
