Youtube, Blogtalk Radio, Myspace etc. must be our new Radio and Television Stations that will replace stations like BET, MTV. CBS, NBC etc. who insist on portraying us as the characters that best suits them and their agenda.

Us waiting for the other stations stated above to do this will NEVER happen so we MUST make it happen using these Avenues to set our people free from the limiting stereotypes by BEING the change we wish to see all over the world!!

*Relax, Breathe Deeply and Visualize the Colors that Corrolate to each chakra by visualing each specific color entering through the chakra in a clockwise direction. Start with taking three deep breaths for each chakra. As you breathe, imagine the color flooding your body cleansing your aura as well as organs, as you exhale, imagine the energy coming from your crown flushing all of the unwanted energy and toxins out through your breathe.
