The reason people don't snipe is because it is extremely difficult to control snipers with pinpoint accuracy on console. Most CoD promod teams and ALL CS 1.6 teams have a sniper and they are very effective.

You shouldn't be allowed to use stuns in MLG variant; It should only be flash bangs like in Promod. But, I doubt they will ever change that.
