you can download a psx emulator (like epsx or pcsx) and an iso file of the game, using the emu to run the game. If you don't want to download an iso, then you can buy the game somewhere, put it in your cd drive and use the emu to play it that way (most psx emus have that option). ...

Hardly. NGE has a very good dub that stands up to today's dubs (at least in the later episodes; in the earlier ones the voice acting's a little rough)

patching is not difficult. you need to download lunar ips. once its downloaded double click on the ips file, and when it brings up the window select the rom you want to patch it to, and patch it.

the anime gets WAY better after Kamina dies. I suggest watching all the episodes after that, or at the very least start watching after the time skip. it get's really awesome.
