It's strange that Jonathan never uses Maddy's name when he speaks to her, this wouldn't seem odd exept that he uses other peoples names, i have got ever single episode of the series and my friends and i have been watching them all lately and just thought that it was a bit strange lol.

Julie Walters is one of Britans best actors she's fab. She can play anything. I didn't like the movie calander girls but i know the rest of the counrty loved it including all my family but she was amazing in it she goes from hilarious to weepy all in about 10 seconds. Brilliant.

I once read that Annette Crosby didn’t want to do the serious part in this ep as she felt that it would bring down the mood but I just think they do it so beautifully.

I love this series one of the best of the BBC, only thing is i wish that the whole series would become available on DVD. I have most of them on video.

It's such a shame about Gary Olsen dying at such a young age of cancer and he has a young family.
