This is just sad. Get an education, there is no glory to be had in any of this.

I am not trolling or anything but i have used EA's customer service and frankly it was horrible. The guy on the other end was so rude I actually hung up on him. I am a really quiet guy and never get into arguments so it is saying something about their customer support if I hang up on them.
