About this user

Lost Bear is an indie rock band from Utrecht, the Netherlands. Formed in the fall of 2007 by six hairy men, with twelve feet in the present and six heads in the 90s. With a wide range of influences (like Pavement, Modest Mouse, Dinosaur Jr., Archers of Loaf and Capn Jazz) and their two drummers they created a sound of their own. A sharp balance of emotional hardcore, indie rock and power pop. This April Lost Bear released a 10" split record together with Schotel van de Dag on Beep! Beep Back! up the Truck. It contains three songs recorded in a filthy, smelly submarine command bunker. Lost Bear is Casper Steenhuizen on vocals and harmonica, Gino Miniutti and Stefan Breuer on guitar, Arno Breuer on bass, Ferdinand Breil and Gibson Houwer on drums and Noel Hofman on trumpet.
