I practice a lot of Yoga: Anusara Yogi, Yoga Nidra student and facilitator.

My curiosity in transforming started with acting. I've been acting for 20 years and my latest study in it is in "Movement Psychology".

My motto: " See Inside but Be Outside".

I am only where I am, in a place of strength, because I hit rock bottom and I had no choice but find a way up or I wouldn't have continued to exist.
