I can't get to Minecraft,
I can't get to my camera,

We have the virus gone, but now when we try and open a pogram manually it says "What pogram would you like to use to open (whatever file)?"
Does anyone know how to get past this? I know how to get past to Internet Explorer, but I can't get Minecraft.exe open.
