Lords of Lyrics, also known as L.O.L.", from the streets of South Central Los Angeles.

Group member Koop (formerly known as Shawn) and JP (formerly known as Swan) are at it again. Known in the 90's for that G-Funk style and back today with that Funky music that you can groove to.

Lords of Lyrics debut album titled "Do or Die" was produced by Damon "Twin" Rose, while signed to Pyramid Records/Wilbro Records. During that time they fought to keep their careers alive through shady record deals and faulty management.

L.O.L. was later picked up by Franchise Records, where their second full length album, "Heaven or Hell" of which only a limited amount of copies were released...now considered a classic album. The Heaven or Hell album was produced by D.J. Slip from Compton's Most Wanted and Damon Twin Rose, and executive produced by NBA superstar Stanley Roberts, CEO of Franchise Records.

Lords of Lyrics is best known for their single, "Summer Breeze" and for "Boom Boom Crack", featured in the Hollywood movie, and on the Soundtrack of "The Last Days of Frankie the Fly".
