They released patch update 1.4 just a yesterday for all versions of the game. It fixes most of the issues.

It's a joke... Lucas replaced Obiwans scream that scared off the Tusken Raiders in Star Wars Ep IV A New Hope with that god awful scream on the Bluray edition... so they placed that scream here to show how bloody ridiculous it was.
