The Loos Tales FoodLink Chuck Wagon is about using history to tell the story of modern food production.
It's easy to assume it would be in our best interest to go back to the way we use to produce our food and fiber, yet in doing so we often fail to recognize scientific and technological advances that have allowed for the efficiency and safety of today's food production system.
A joint effort between Feedstuffs, Feedstuffs FoodLink and Trent Loos, the journey of the Loos Tales FoodLink Chuck Wagon is focused on looking at the science, talking with the experts and retracing the trail of how we arrived at the food production system we currently rely on.
Our goal is to explore and provide a better understanding of today's production of a safe, affordable and high-quality supply of meat, milk and eggs.
