Longhorn Helicopters Inc. is located at the Denton Municipal Airport, (KDTO), in Denton TX. Just 30 minutes north of Dallas, Ft Worth. We operate five low time, well maintained Schweizer 300C training helicopters and one Bell 206 BIII, Jet Ranger. We offer Flight Training packages for Private Pilot through ATP Certification, Aerial Photography, Pipeline/Powerline Surveillance, External Load Operations, Charter and Helicopter Rentals. We have eight experienced flight instructors and an on staff DPE focused on helping you achieve your aviation goals. Here at Longhorn Helicopters Maintenance is something we take very serious. With three on staff A&P mechanics you can rest assured the aircraft are in their best condition at all times. Also should a maintenance issue arise the aircraft is usually back flying the same day, saving you valuable down time.
