75% overlap on candies & translucents. Keep your gun angles square & your distance more consistant. It should cover better than that. Candies & translucents must be sprayed over a metalic base such as silver or gold.

@Rasd4Metta Dow-Corning make a terrific silicone paste grease. It's about the best I've ever seen. It's called DC-111. A little hard to find, but in this day & age I'm sure if you google it you can find a supplier. One tube will go an awful long way. Good stuff.

Jeff, have you ever see or tried the hydraulic tube flaring kits? They aren't cheap but wow! So much quicker & easier to use. Especially when working with tubing on the car.
