About Lonesome Arthur James
Howdy. I'm an amateur guitar player and I wanted to use this site to get my toes wet and showcase a few original pieces I've been working on. I labeled it Americana for lack of a better term. American Primitive might be more accurate although I don't compare myself with the late great Fahey by any stretch of the imagination. I like blues, bluegrass, roots rock, experimental and non commercial country. I will be adding pieces as I go along and updating old stuff with better takes. I'd be glad to talk to people interested in similar music and listen to your hopefully constructive criticism. Thanks Pards, LAJ.
