London Probation Trust deliver a range of services for offenders who have been either:

Sentenced by the courts to a Community Order or Suspended Sentence Order

or

Released on licence from prison to serve the rest of their sentence in the community.

Our work starts in the courts preparing detailed reports on offenders to help Crown Court Judges and Magistrates' in deciding the most appropriate sentence:

If the offender receives a court order we ensure offenders complete the requirements of the order and we inform the court if they dont.
If the offenders are released on licence from prison we ensure they keep to the conditions of their licence and help them resettle into the community.

Our key aim is to stop further crime.
