@use2slam2 Yup. I run a CAI/Flowmaster and pull 13.8 all day long with 3.23 gears. Mines currently down with blown headgaskets, but end of Feb she'll be up with new LT Headers, Opti, 1.6 RR, Cam, and tune. I should hit mid to high 12's with that setup.

@use2slam2 O anther thing to consider.... those V6 are BRAND new... most LT1 are rolling 140k-150k miles and they still holding. Also gotta accept the facts the V8 of modern day are not THAT far ahead of the V6.....

True. But I still get about 18-19 in the city in stop and go. As long as you dont floor it form light to light ur good. My F250 on the other hand gets 9 mpg city, 12 mpg on the highway.

Heh everyone bags on the Lt1. I set the record straight most times..... Ive won countless races with a bolt on Lt1 and people are shocked as hell because they READ lt1s suck.

@vvcguy24 Challengers? LOL. I got a 95 z28 and trust me, Challengers dont make me nervous unless its the SRT8 then im having to actually work. Vettes on the other hand....

Looks like every time the Lt1 launched, it looks like he had traction issues.... still, both cars are damn fast and very nice looking. My 95 is in the shop for a total makeover...damn I miss it especially when im passing someone in the wife's minivan :(...... But she'll be coming back out in Feb...

@xsvlt1camaro Actually only The Z rated Z28 Camaros came with the 150 speedo and first gear lockout.

@Metallik695 Dont know if its calibrated or not, but the shift points look correct. IMO it seems calibrated based on rpms IF the 3.42s still in the rear
