Yeah but Sim City's city tiles are too small to fit all that. The city of Toronto would be something like 45 large sim city city tiles. Downtown Toronto would cover most of a large Sim City tile.

  Downtown Toronto (Waterfront to Bloor-Yorkville) has about the same number of skyscrapers actually. But even if this is a sim city version of downtown Toronto it's true there's basically no resemblance except for the CN Tower and high density.
