I am currently being foreclosed upon and the scheduled date for the sale is Dec 3rd 2010, big problem?? especially since I have never missed a payment???? We'll put your boots on, the original lender "Homecommings fincial" went belly up and was sold back to uncle sam, the transfer of my loan went to AMC mortgage, OK, well they went Belly up, so the next to receive my loan was GMAC, another company that went belly up, every one that I have named, has been a direct receipiant of the bailout tarp funds and belongs to uncle scam, the state department now controls my loan through the Chinese involvement in the payback of American debt and that means to you and I that we have no jurisdiction recourse in the case of federal violation or state, said otherwise, I have been in a reinstatement modification plan for 24 months now, the lender just as of 90 days ago, started foreclosure procedures against me without my knowledge and to this date, 90 days later have scheduled a sale at the court steps for Dec 3 rd 2010, after $10,000 of attorney and investigative fees, I found that 80% of the mortgages owned by the bailed out companies are now controlled through the state dept and are held in the Chinese interest, part of the governments payback for the national debt and bad loans, in my case the mortgage co I had, GMAC sold my loan, my agreement to modify and pay $1997/mo and low and behold the Lender says they do not recognize modification agreements and do not and will not honor them and anyone with such an agreement has no retailatory jurisdiction against us so we are recinding all modification agreements and with interest, what this means is this!!! I cannot sue them for foreclosing on me for breaching the contract written by GMAC because it is federal law that gives foriegn governments soverienty when national debt/ obligations are a stake, so, I am suing in federal court!! it just cost me $46,500 dollars to file, It cost me $30,000for the attorney firm with balls to take on the gov, and Jesse Jones will be interviewing me next week and you can see it for yourself live on tv and rest assured, I will tell you the date to watch!!! Things are so out of control, and I will fight for my rights, you should too, tell everyone you know of this story, make a stand!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
