Honestly to think of something creative to write here every week gets quite difficult. I guess I haven't talked about how it's difficult, so there you go! Also in writing this I completely understand most people won't read it. Or for that matter comment and rate...which I need people to do. I cannot figure out who my trolls are, but three of my subscribers (if its you go away please) hit dislike on my videos everytime they come out. And its REALLY annoying because I can't tell who. And the ratings are also so bi-polar. Some weeks a lot of likes, others a lot of dislikes. The content in the videos doesn't change that much...I don't get it. You know what? I just blame all of you! It's all of your fault. It just is. Narrow-minded Americans you all are!! (Note: I too am part of this fake sterytype I've just made up). My god, I can talk about anything in here! I'm waiting for the clips to compile...I should be doing my AP Environmental Scicene homework, but that class is so depressing. 50 different ways every human on Earth will die (slight exaggeration)....I friggin' drive an SUV that gets 11mpg!! It makes me feel horrible! In fact, according to that class, the entire premise for these videos is pointless and kills the environment. You know what?? I don't care. I like making these videos. I like driving. Having a dashcam is such a comforting feeling. I get cut off and unlike many people that flip people off or shout out of an open windown, I simply stop the camera and think to myself, "oooh Youtube will like that!" And I will admit, the few people that read this are pretty strong supporters. In fact, 134 subscribers! I love you guys!! I have more than some of the dashcam users that have been posting for years have! (My goal is over 1000). Maybe at 1000 I will get some news recognition or even a "bad driver" will find themselves on here. Oh that would priceless. I'm sure they would troll me, but damn it would be worth it. It's funny. I check my inbox a couple times a day because so many people respond to my (dozens of) comments on other videos, and obviously my own videos. I think to myself, "troll, local, or both?" I often get locals who appreciate my videos and respect what I do, or locals who think I honk to much (bunch of fuckin' hippies) and drive fast and aggresive. And then of course the stupid idiots who, like this one whinning about stop signs thinks, I drive like a old lady. I quote from the particular troll (this was via personal message):
"Aha ya and u have fun driving like a fucking grandma in ur shit box escape! And fyi rules are meant to broken. u should try it one time"
Obviously he doesn't understand laws, or possibly the funniest aspect, the fact that I drive a Mercury Mountaineer. Despite the fact that this is posted in numerous places, and most notably my profile picuture, he thought I drive a Ford Escape. A MUCH smaller SUV. Man it is so much fun ripping trolls apart. And based on all the positive comment ratings I get from people, you like reading them. (At this point "you" is that random person from the South, possible republican, probably obese, and postively an NRA member - this makes no sense if you aren't from the US LOL). In fact, even if you are from the US, the drivilling (did NOT spell that right...) piece of shit description is totally irrevelant to my video and goals as a dashcam user. The Blazers suck and I want Andre Miller back!
There...I'm done with that slandering of one of Portland's professional sports teams.
**Back to reality (must avoid that temporary ADD!):
The intersection I'm talking about people running red lights at is MESSED UP. I'm considering parking near there for about an hour and seeing how many people run lights there. Considering a person did it while I was talking about it (what are the odds??), I'm sure it's a common occurance. Probably a lot of crashes there.
So yeah, thoughts (that would be sneaky voice for friggin' comment!), rate, and subscribe to add to the ever-growing number of supportors I have. Rock the Casbah guys (and girls, for those select few [can't be sexist {oh shit! Triple parenthesis! Now I'm just messing with you all. I acutally hate parenthesis in writing...I have no idea my I use them. With this third one, I am treading into DEEP WATERS....}])
