Why bother with the bad and good
When all roads lead to Hollywood?
Why struggle with who you are
In Hollywood we're all big stars?

You may play the villain, a hero, a saint
But in Hollywood you is what you ain't.
As long as you do your best to get along
There'll be someone there to sing your song
Make you feel like you belong.

You may play the mastermind, a certified whiz kid but in Hollywood it doesn't matter how well you did. As long as you come clean and make amends there'll be someone there with a fancy pen to battle the sword in the dragon's den.

You may play the wicked witch, an angel in disguise but in Hollywood we see right through your guise. As long as you believe in fairytales there'll be someone there without fail to wish you good luck on your happy trails.
